If you are unhappy for whatever reason, we are happy to offer refunds or exchanges on full price items within 14 days of receipt of your goods. 

Items being returned or exchanged should be in ‘as new’ condition, unused and in their original packaging.

We cannot accept items that have signs of wear and tear.


FAULTY GOODS

All of our products are produced to the highest quality standards, but manufacturing faults can still occur occasionally. If you think your item has a manufacturing fault, we’ll ask you to return it to us for inspection and replacement. Damage through long term or excessive use is not considered a manufacturing fault.

We assess all returns on this basis and if your item fails this assessment it will be returned to you.

We offer refunds on all full price items. Any items purchased in sale or with a promotional code will be refunded via online store credit.
